How to maintain

Healthy Eating Habits

Cuz it's really freaking hard!

Here's our best tips to help you win.

by Melanie Tran

1. BE PATIENT
Habits take time to form, so don’t expect to change all your eating behaviors overnight. It's important to set yourself up with realistic goals.

2. TAKE IT STEP BY STEP
Pick one goal and focus on that for a couple of weeks. Once you have that new habit established, add another goal!

3. PLAN AHEAD
Look at your upcoming week. Do you have a lot of social engagements? Are you super busy at work? Plan for those situations. Pack a lunch or prep some dinner ingredients ahead of time. It’s important to set yourself up for success!

4. DON’T GET LOST IN DETAILS
There is a lot of “diet” information out there and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Focus on what works best for YOU and your health.

5. ENJOY MODERATION
Don’t forget to reward yourself with a treat from time to time! It's much easier to stay on track in the long run and manage your goals without depriving yourself from your favorite culinary pleasures!

Last but not least
Consistency over perfection. Not every day or week will be perfect and that’s normal. Best results take time. But those results will be hugely motivating! Recognize and celebrate ALL your victories along the way.
